WHY?
At Mosaic, we believe that the quality of healthcare should never depend on how much money individuals make, what language they speak, or the status of insurance coverage. We continually invest in new facilities, expanded services, and recruit the very best providers and support staff to ensure that our patients are receiving top-notch care.
Mosaic reaches beyond the boundaries of traditional medicine by bringing multiple services together in our health centers. Our patients benefit from a coordinated system that includes medical and dental care, behavioral health services, nutrition services, pharmacy and more. The result is ultimately a healthier community—but we cannot do this alone.
WHAT IS THE COST?
There is no charge to attend the luncheon. We hope that guests will be so inspired by the stories they hear and Mosaic’s work that they will make a meaningful gift at the event.
WHAT’S FOR LUNCH?
(All menu items are gluten/dairy-free and served family-style)
Entrees:
Roasted wild king salmon
Fine herbs crusted tofu
Mixed greens, quinoa, marbled sweet potatoes, watermelon radish, multicolored tear drop tomatoes with lemon caper vinaigrette (Vegan)
Dessert:
Lemon cornbread with fresh berries
IS PARKING FREE?
Parking is free at UUFCO, but very limited. We strongly encourage guests to carpool. We’ve partnered with Commute Options to help provide carpooling options. Learn more about Get There here:

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow for traffic and parking. If guests come early, they will be able to visit prior to the luncheon. If guests come early, refreshments will be available to enjoy.
HOW DOES MY DONATION SUPPORT MOSAIC COMMUNITY HEALTH?
At this inaugural event, guests will not only enjoy a delicious meal but also have the opportunity to gather with fellow supporters to learn more about Mosaic and our wrap-around care. 100% of the funds raised at the luncheon will ensure that current and future Mosaic patients continue to have access to comprehensive care for any stage of life.
Your attendance and donation will support upcoming expansions of care to better serve the community and help our patients:
Meeting People Where They Are
– Expansion of Mobile Clinic services to include further medical outreach such as street medicine services
– Ensuring that patients receive food and other essential needs through Community Health Worker coordination
Caring for our Community’s Future
– Continued expansion of School-Based Health Center services in Central Oregon
– Emphasizing and providing education on preventative health measures
Ensuring all People have Access to the Care They Need in Growing Communities
– Expanding access to and space within our rural pharmacies
– Tailoring services for each rural and growing community.
100% of the money raised at More Than Medical luncheon will ensure future and current patient’s access to comprehensive care for any stage of life.
