Mosaic meets its patients where they are – financially, physically, and culturally. Our care is never influenced by how much money our patients make, what language they speak or the status of their insurance coverage.

We proudly serve individuals and families throughout Central Oregon regardless of income or insurance status. Our primary care services keep Central Oregonians at work, in school, and out of the emergency room.

Mosaic provides quality care for all – but we cannot do this alone.
