As a nonprofit Community Health Center, Mosaic is focused on caring for all members of our community, from all walks of life. Our team-based approach addresses each patient’s medical, dental, mental health, nutrition and medication needs, and more. Since 2002, the quality of our care has never been influenced by how much money our patients make, what language they speak, or the status of their insurance coverage.
