How do I apply for an open position?
Visit our Career Center and search for the opportunity you would like to be considered for.  To submit your application click “Apply Now” from within that listing.

Do I need to fill out an application or submit a resume each time I apply for a position?

No. Once you have completed your application and uploaded your resume, you can apply to different positions by logging into your profile. You can update your profile at any time.

Do I need to fill out an application to apply for a position?

Yes. You are required to complete the application to apply.

How do I get assistance or accommodation during the application process due to a disability?

Mosaic is committed to providing an inclusive work environment for all. If you are a qualified individual with a disability, you may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to access job openings or apply for a job on this site as a result of your disability. Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes. Simply click “Apply Now” for each position you are interested in and complete the application questions.

How long does it take to fill a position?

The length of time will vary for each position. 

What happens after I apply for a position?

Due to the large volume of applications we receive, we will contact only those applicants whose background most closely matches the requirements of the position. If you are not selected, you will receive an email notification and may review our website for other positions that become available.

When will I receive a response to my application?

You will receive an immediate confirmation email after you apply for a position.

What if I don’t see a position that interests me?

Please continue to visit our website to review our job opportunities. The site is updated as new positions become open.

How do I update my profile, resume, contact information, etc.?

Log in as a returning candidate to update any information in your profile.

The position I applied for no longer appears on the website. Does this mean the position has been filled?

A position may be removed from the website for one of the following reasons:

  • The position posting has closed and the interview process has begun
  • There is no longer a need to fill the position
  • The position has been filled
What if I forgot my username or password?

Click on the link to retrieve your username and password. You will be required to enter your email address and you will receive an email with your login information.

Is Mosaic a Drug-Free Workplace?

All applicants being considered for employment will be required to undergo a drug screen as part of the pre-employment process within forty-eight (48) hours of being offered a position. While Marijuana is legal under state law, it remains illegal under federal law and a positive result for marijuana will be a disqualifying factor for employment.

Are student/rotation opportunities available?
