PACs meet once a quarter at your local clinic/health center. Lunch is provided and your voice is encouraged!
Board of Directors and Board Committees
Mosaic is governed by a volunteer, patient-majority board of directors with patient and community representatives from Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson Counties. Board members donate their time and talent to help Mosaic improve our access, quality and delivery of care. Board members continually monitor how Mosaic can respond to community health needs in Central Oregon.
There are also several regularly meeting Board Committees in which board members and non-board members take part such as the Quality, Compliance and Programs and Strategy Committees. These Committees may be a place for someone who wants to get involved in Mosaic before they apply to be on the Board of Directors.

Volunteer Highlight
We are so grateful for our dedicated volunteers.
Central Oregon businesses like First Interstate Bank support Mosaic by assisting with tasks like assembling weather kits for unhoused and at-risk patients. In the summer, these kits contain things like cooling towels, sunscreen, electrolyte packets, aloe gel and more. In the winter, the kits include warm socks, handwarmers, balaclavas, a mylar emergency blanket and other essentials .
We value our local business partnerships and welcome inquiries as to volunteer opportunities for staff team building and give-back programs.
