Working at Mosaic gives me the opportunity to help others enhance their own personal autonomy and sense of agency. I love being a part of their journey and collaboratively discovering how they can build the life they want to live.

Outside of work hours, Michael is as elusive as a Sasquatch. There have been numerous unconfirmed reports of Michael sightings on local trails, ski slopes and mountains as well as reports of him performing with a number of local bands.
