My approach towards counseling is trauma sensitive and client centered. I use evidenced based practices to address the underlying emotions and needs which are contributing to difficulties in the present. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors- climbing, hikng, skiing and taking in the beautiful views of the Pacific North West.
