COVID-19 Vaccine Scheduling

Mosaic is currently offering COVID-19 vaccines to adults (18 years or older) in Central Oregon. This service is free and open to Mosaic patients.

Mosaic does not have newly approved COVID booster shots at this time.  We expect them to arrive by late September.

Click below to schedule an appointment to receive a dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. During the appointment, a team member will review where you are in the vaccine schedule (first dose, second dose, booster dose, etc.). We will also discuss your preferred vaccine type and answer any questions you have.

Mosaic is currently scheduling appointments for youth vaccines (ages 6 months – 17 years) for established patients only at this time. Click here for other community options.
