Nutrition is one of the foundations of health and can strongly impact our overall quality of life. I enjoy working alongside patients to help them improve their overall health through nutrition, movement and mindfulness.
I am passionate about food! I try to eat local produce and meats, roast my own coffee and love to cook up a storm in the kitchen. I am often found on the trails of Central Oregon: hiking, running, cross country skiing and taking in the beautiful view of the Cascades.
