I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples and families through life’s challenges, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care, anxiety and depression management, relationship and family dynamics and stress management. I have a particular interest in working with young adults as they navigate identity development, life transitions and self-esteem issues.
I am excited to join Mosaic Community Health because of its dedication to accessible, compassionate and holistic care. I look forward to contributing my skills as part of a collaborative team that is making a meaningful difference in the community.
I was born and raised in Portland and attended Oregon State University for my undergraduate degree and Prairie View A&M University in Texas for my Masters Degree. I have a strong passion for helping others navigate the tough waters of life and enjoy being able to contribute to change. In my personal life, I have a passion for all things stationary, colorful pens, markers, journals, affirmation cards and anything that brings creativity and organization together. I cherish family time with my children and we love bonding over all thing’s sports, music, cooking and almost anything that brings us together.
