Quality, accessible healthcare is essential to building strong communities. I believe that Mosaic’s integrated model creates an opportunity for compassionate access to health and wellbeing through a team-oriented approach. Behavioral health is an important component to wellbeing and I am honored to serve as a clinical social worker providing support from a patient-centered approach. My areas of interest include depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, trauma, mindfulness, solution-focused approaches and healing through group support.

Originally born and raised on the East Coast, my move west included the greater Chicago metropolitan area, Seattle and Bend. I enjoy spending time with family, friends and neighbors. My hobbies center around the outdoors including swimming, hiking, golfing, gardening, biking and snowboarding as well as reading/listening to books.
