Uno de mis objetivos más arraigados es mejorar la salud de la comunidad en la que vivo y de la comunidad mundial. La salud de una población comienza con sus miembros más pequeños. Me encanta poder influir en la salud de un niño a lo largo de toda su vida, así como en la comunidad en la que vivimos.
Me gusta mucho pasar tiempo con mi marido y mis tres hermosos hijos. Pasamos mucho tiempo al aire libre haciendo senderismo, paseando por la naturaleza y practicando todo tipo de deportes. Me encanta cocinar y centrarme en proporcionar alimentos integrales nutritivos a mi familia.
Recibí mi doctorado en medicina con honores (Sociedad Médica de Honor Alpha Omega Alpha y el Premio del Canciller) del Centro de Ciencias de la Salud de la Universidad Estatal de Luisiana. Me gradué con honores en el Centenary College con una licenciatura en Biología.
