La nutrición desempeña un papel fundamental como uno de los componentes básicos de la salud, pero comer de forma consciente y saludable no siempre es sencillo. La comida une a la gente, es una parte vital de la cultura, y una relación positiva con la comida es extremadamente importante para la calidad de vida en general. Me entusiasma trabajar con los pacientes de Mosaic para ayudarles a mejorar su estado nutricional de una manera sostenible que funcione para ellos, su cultura y su estilo de vida. Fuera del trabajo, se me puede encontrar pasando la mayor parte de mi tiempo al aire libre. Si bien el ciclismo de montaña es mi pasatiempo favorito, también disfruto esquiando, haciendo senderismo, nadando, acampando, haciendo yoga, leyendo, viajando y pasando tiempo con la familia, los amigos y mi gato.
