Antes de estudiar medicina, trabajé en diversas formas de apoyo social, asesoramiento y defensa de la familia. Llevo más de 15 años trabajando en centros de salud comunitarios y no me imagino trabajando en ningún otro sitio.
Soy un ávido ciclista y esquiador. Cuando estoy demasiado dolorido para montar en bici, toco una guitarra mediocre para mis dos hijos. Sueño con que algún día podré escribir creativamente en inglés y contar chistes pasables en español.
