This fund breaks down barriers to health and wellness for our most vulnerable neighbors. These little things are the BIG things for individuals and families and any gift made today improves the health of our community.
$100 provides critical asthma medication for a young child whose family has insurance but struggles to afford co-pays.
$175 provides two months of diabetes testing supplies and insulin for an uninsured patient.
$300 provides scholarships for two patients to attend six weeks of chronic pain management classes.
