On June 1, 2025, a Clinical Pharmacy billing change will go into effect where pharmacists will begin billing for all patient appointments with a clinical pharmacist at Mosaic clinics. (This does not include consultations with pharmacists at the retail pharmacy). We are making this change to bring our pharmacy billing practices into alignment with Oregon standards.
What This Means for Patients:
You may receive a bill for Clinical Pharmacy services (visits with a clinical pharmacist at Mosaic clinics) that you have not received in the past.
Your insurance coverage may or may not cover these billed services.
If you have questions about covered services or potential out-of-pocket costs, reach out directly to your insurance provider. For patients without insurance who have not completed a sliding-scale application, we will be reaching out directly to see if you are eligible for sliding-scale support.
