Extended Hours Launch at Main Mosaic Sites

Oct 6, 2025

extended hours graphicWe are listening to our patients and community partners: Beginning Monday, Oct. 6, we have launched extended hours at our main sites throughout the region. This means earlier opening times and later closing times to help support working individuals and families.

The largest barrier to care in our region is the long wait time for appointments. Extending our hours of care is one component of our strategy to improve access to care for our patients and community.

Mosaic’s Pediatric team has offered extended hours for some time and our data shows that these appointment times are very popular with patients.

Other benefits of extended hours:

  • Addresses community need while enhancing patient satisfaction.
  • May decrease use of urgent care.
  • Ensures timely diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care.
  • Increases access to healthcare to support better health outcomes.
  • Aligns with Mosaic’s mission to provide trusted quality care, with compassion and support for all.

Our goal is for all Mosaic sites to have both early (7-7:30 a.m.) and late (5-5:30 p.m.) appointment slots available four days a week (no Fridays) by March 31, 2026. We will be monitoring and assessing as we move forward to make sure that the hours we offer are fully utilized.

The six clinic sites adopting extended hours include: Prineville Health Center, Madras Health Center, Redmond Health Center, Conners Health Center, Courtney Health Center and East Bend Health Center – Primary Care.
