Rooted in Resiliency, Growing into the Future

“Every day at Mosaic is a testament to the spirit of our founding: people coming together to make a difference.” – Megan Haase, FNP, Mosaic Chief Executive Officer

As a nonprofit Community Health Center, also known as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Mosaic is part of a network of 1,400 independent organizations across the country who provide vital healthcare services to underserved populations. We receive grant funding from the federal government and other sources to provide a critical safety net for community members irrespective of their income or insurance status.

Meeting People Where They are

“I didn’t trust doctors…but, Mosaic, I do. They care.” – Sheena, Mosaic Patient

Last August, Mosaic was awarded one of two national Street Medicine Institute Seed Grants. The award included $10,000 and a year of intensive consultative support from street medicine experts to support the growth of our own street medicine program. Prior to receiving the grant, our Mobile team had piloted street medicine rounds in several locations around the region.
